Gratuity: 

If you decide to leave a tip for your stylist, we accept tips in the form of cash or check. Please plan ahead.

Children in the salon:
Children under the age of 12 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. Children’s haircuts are only for children under the age of 12.

Punctuality:
We know daily life is busy. Working on a tight schedule every day, we make every effort to keep our stylists on time and will make every effort to accommodate each guest (even late ones). Please call if you are going to be late and we will pay you the same courtesy when we are running behind.

Cancellations:
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please just let us know in advance and we will be happy to find an alternative time for you.

Any appointment that requires a deposit in advance (hair extensions, thermal straightening, color corrections, etc) requires 48 hours notice of cancellation. If 48 hours notice is not given, you may forfeit your deposit.

Mobile Phones:
Out of consideration for our salon guests, please silence your mobile phone while in the salon.

Returns:
Returns or exchanges should be completed within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be applied to all items returned.

Pets:
We know your pet is great. However, our space is small and some people do not care for animals. Out of courtesy for our other salon guests, please leave your pet at home.
