Late cancellations &
no shows
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We require 24 hours notice for haircut only appts. 48 hours notice for color. And 72 hours notice for all appointments 4 hours and longer.
refundS & exchanges
We will except exchanges/offer refunds for unopened products and tools purchased here.
We do not offer refunds for services. However, we are always happy to offer a redo complementary in the event that you don’t love your hair.
tardiness
We will do our best to accommodate tardy guests however, not at the expense of our other guests. If you are running more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
pets
We do not allow pets at the salon. If you must bring your pet with you, please keep them in your lap the entire time.
